On-Site Superintendent

This position will be responsible for the day to day operation of the project. The Site Superintendent will coordinate with the Project Manager, Health and Safety Supervisor and the client throughout the duration of the project and will be responsible for the documentation of work being performed daily, overall safety and task prioritization to ensure successful execution of the project. Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years of experience as a foreman or superintendent in the environmental or construction field. Project Manager – Remediation

This position will be responsible for reviewing plans and specifications to develop scope of work and project requirements; solicit quotations for subcontractors and materials; prepare bid proposal; client follow-up, develop budget and activity costs, attend pre-job meeting; complete material submittals as required by the contract; develop initial project schedule and track schedule for milestones and deadlines; complete contract correspondence, requests for information, change order requests, accounts payable invoices and other reporting requirements; maintain communication with field operations and owner’s representatives; monitor jobsite activities so that they are performed in a safe manner; complete final punch-list with owner’s representative upon substantial project completion; attend post job meeting and perform other duties as assigned. This position will require travel up to 30% of the time. Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years of experience in the environmental or construction field. Payroll Administrator

Summit Environmental Services, LLC is accepting applications for a full-time Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing time entries prior to processing payroll, entering all employee changes and new hires in the payroll system, maintaining all payroll records and files, preparing and submitting union reports, preparing and submitting certified payroll reports when applicable, preparing all federal, state and local payroll tax returns and remitting payment when due, processing and monitoring garnishment orders, processing year-end tax filing including W-2 preparation.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of payroll experience. Experience in union and multi-state payroll is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated and independent. Candidates should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines while providing accurate information. Finally, candidates should possess strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office.
